Added feedback for topic subscription and unsubscription on InternalScreen.
Added ability to subscribe to custom topics on InternalScreen.
Added way to copy text to clipboard (custom Text component with 'copyable' property).
Added way to display notification device token for easy off device debugging.
Added list of subscribed topics for easy debugging.
Added ID to events for easy debugging and use in notifications.
