Draft: Tag feature

Tag feature for events, meant to be a rare feature that is mapped by the app not via the API. Examples of tags are highlighted, canceled and cyberdays. Tags are meant to point out something that is not clear in the event, or something extra the student should have in mind for this type of event. The MR features automapping for 6 types of tags and animates the display of the tag information.
